Does anyone ever experience this issue? Do you guys know what caused this? I thought it was the connection at first but other apps are working just fine and I tried to receive a dummy message, testing to see if my phone's at fault, and the message received just fine. I'm in need to transfer the money in my paypal acc to my bank acc, but I can't because of this issue 😕
