I cant change password!

I forget my paypal account password and i tryied a lot of passwords but nothing and i receive message that my profile is locked! I try to change password but it always show me error 'something wrong with our end. Please try again later!' i tried a lot of times and about week but nothing! All with my email is good but it dont allow me to change password! Please help! My email address(i cant change password on this paypal account) - <removed>

You would need to contact customer services and see if you can confirm your id and change your password via security questions etc.

I have the same problem. Are you able to log into ur account already? If so, how did you do it?
