Auto log in turned off but still seems to be happening

I'm not comfortable with auto login turned on so changed it in my settings.  I just placed an order and it went straight through to checkout without my logging in.  Any advice?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
