I can't transfer money from PayPal to my PNC or BOA bank account. I did transferred little amount of money early this October precisely 10th of October 2020 and ever since then i couldn't transfer money out to my bank account, yet payments was made into my PayPal account. Can anyone assist please. Even when you call PayPal customer service it is always the automated that will take you through the same process to transfer money that you know.
