I can't get past the "Biz Sign Up" page and have been locked out of my account for three days

I've already called PayPal once and they said they literally don't know what's wrong so this is a real crapshoot. We recently verified our business and everything was good. They next day I went to sign in and it again asked me to go through the process of verifying my business info (along with trying to get me to sign up for a credit card... ) The first page asks me to verify my business address but won't let me change any of the info (which is fine because its all correct), the second page asks what kind of business we have (and if we want a credit card), the third page (the one I get stuck at) asks me for my home address. When I enter it (and I've tried every address associated with myself or our business) and hit Submit I get an error reading, "We're sorry, something went wrong." I can't get past this screen and thus can't access my account.

Sir, I have the exact same issue.  I was frustrated for a few days as we are in the "COVID-19" issue with super long hold times to call PAYPAL.  So rather than do that right now, I merely logged in the way I normally do from a web browser.  But I went back and changed the url to the following.

 

https://www.paypal.com/mep/dashboard

 

That did the trick and I have to do it each time but at least it works for me until I get enough time to call them.
