I can't close my PayPal account. Very annoying and dissatisfying.

Hi i had registered to PayPal 2 years ago, BUT I had registered as a member from the USA.

However, I'm not from the USA at all. And so, I don't want to have my e-mail and phone registered for an useless acount.

Unfortunately for me, PayPal does not allow me to close my account for some odd reason and doesn't tell me why.

Instead it just sais "Sorry, there's a problem" as you can see below.

After I click "Close your account" ;

I want to close my paypal account ASAP. Can someone with permissions contact me and help me through this regard? Thank you!

You would need to verify it before you can close it and you can't verify a U.S paypal account if you are not a U.S resident.
