I can't add my card to my account

I had an old account that i linked my card to but i removed the card and closed the account and now its not letting me add it to this account because it says its still connected to another account and its not.

i dont know what to do can anyone help?

Allow at least 72 hours between removing a card and trying to add it to a new account to allow paypals systems to catch up.

Also you may hit issues if your other account had limitations on it.

Lastly if that does not work then ask customer services to link it for you?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
