I created my account when I was teaching English in Korea and I do not know how to change my country on my account. Do I need to make a whole new account?
yes,yu need to open a new account in the country you are residing now,before you do so,any cc or bank account linked to your Korean account should be removed if you want to add them to your new Paypal account.
