Hi, it's impossible to get an answer from Paypal it seems. Anyhow, other threads I saw online, about Paypal in US, suggest that for people without a bank account, there are two options: Pay to a credit card like Visa (only available in certain countries), or requesting a paper check, available everywhere.
Unfortunately, neither seems to work. Whenever I click on transfer money, I see only an option to link to a bank account. And there is a credit card option but it is used only for paying and not getting paid.

So, what is going on? In addition, I want to find out about fees and general info (e.g., minimum/maximum amount) about transferring to a credit card or requesting a paper check.
Would appreciate someone helping me out. I find Paypal very confusing.
