how can I change my nationality in my profile? I know there's a standard answer which goes like "Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country." -- however, I did NOT change the country of residence or even home address. I just acquired different citizenship.
