You need a mobile phone linked to your paypal account to continue to use paypal.

I have to buy a telephone to be allowed to use PayPal? This is ridiculous and discrimination. PayPal can send the code by email. And not to blackmail their customers so that they would spend an extra money to buy a telephone.

You can get a cheap payg phone from tesco.

Or you don't have to use paypal, your call really.
