I’m currently using a paypal business account to sell digital art commissions online. However when checking the preview for the invoice, my full legal name appears below my business name. I’m confused because I’ve looked for the solution to this but everywhere all people say is that by changing your account to a business account then your legal name is supposed to be hidden. But I already have a business account, and yet my legal name is still shown? For privacy reasons I don’t want it to be shown to clients, I just want my business name on invoices I send. Paypal support hasn't been very helpful with this either. Is there a solution to this?
