I've recently lost my wallet so I reported all my card lost and also my phone changed my number due to other reason... now they asking me to verify my old card number which I don't have any...PayPal don't pick up phone call no more due to COVID-19... Who and what can i contact to get my account verify so i can start using it again? Thank you.
