I'm a trans person, I registered my paypal under my chosen name instead of my legal name because I didn't feel comfortable using my legal name for commision transactions. Now paypal is making me unable to use my balance due to me being unable to verify the account (something I literally cannot do even if i wanted to). What do I do? I'm really desperate for any kind of help right now because I'm panicking.
Sadly if you can't provide documentation that proves the name on the paypal account is the same as on those documents then you can't verify that account.
Accounts made with fake names (for whatever good reason it was done) can't be verified and the money in that account belongs to that named person who presumably does not lawfully exist?
