Help. Can't log in to my account. Please help

I can't log into my paypal account because I changed my phone number. it only gives me one option and that is to send a text to my old phone number no other options come up it don't ask me any security questions or to receive an email with the passcode or anything. It only says send a text to my old number can you please help
