Hello. Have done this acc couple years ago and haven't used it for while. Right now wanted to update it and start using it again. updated my phone number. I have updated my bank account. Asked for confirmation (when they send 2 small amounts). Then I started to change my address, I realized what I can't change it because I have moved abroad. In terms I have found , what I need to open new account. And here started *bleep* up". My abroad bank received this 2 small amounts , and I can't send them back, because my card just disappeared from PayPal account. To sum up, I have 2 big questions. 1. I need to return this 2 small amounts or no, and will I be charged if I will not return? If I need to, so how I can do it. 2. How to close this PayPal account. I have some founds here. But I can not transfer them, coz the "acception" button in hidden. And then I just tried to close account without returning my founds it's transferred me to "help" page.
