hey yall, i just requested money and paypal emailed me saying my account has limits and i need a buisness account, therfore the sender has to send me an additional amount of funds to expand my account, which they did. but i am unable to see the additional funds they sent me and i do not have the additional amount in my personal funding to send back to the sender, help what do i do? also my initial request is still pending.
