Hello everybody!
Two problems, I guess both are the same...
(1)
Impossible to update Business info
When I click:
Bussiness information > Bussiness information / Update > Manage stakeholder roles >
I see persons that should be removed, but I can't. If I click/select anything I get to a empty page. Nothing.
How should I proceed?
(2)
I have this message from PayPal but can't do anything.
When I click:
You have an account alert > Update Info Now / Comliance Dashboard >
”To use all of PayPal’s features, provide your info” ... Get Started...
I check and correct all info... Everything ok..
”Who makes high-level strategic decisions that affect XXX?”
BOOM!
No matter what I try, I get the message
”Some info is missing for the selected person(s). Provide it to continue.” or ”Something Went wrong” or “Something went wrong. Please try again later.“
TOTAL DEAD END 😞
Any ideas? I can't get any help/info from PayPayl 😞
