I have not been in here for long time, because I don't see the use case here, however I left about 200 in here. Now I cannot send the money to anywhere, because I moved out of US and I cannot change my address and bank to different country, because the form does not do it. And I cannot get in touch with any tech support so I am leaving Paypal for good, so I just want to say goodbye and enjoy my 200 to get more tech support people. It is a gift from me to paypal.
