Hello I have forgotten all my login details from an account I last used in 2010. I have also changed countries so don't have the same phone number anymore. Is there anyway I can get int the account. I can still access my email address.
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account.
