Family member receives emails from PayPal even though she does not have an account

A family member constantly receives emails from PayPal about recent transactions or expiring debit cards. There's just one problem - she does not have a PayPal accout, and those emails are addressed to a person who has an identical first name, but a different surname. I'm writing this post on my account for obvious reasons. What should we do about this situation?
