Email redirects to specific transactions no longer working

Hello, 

 

Since 2001, when I started working with Paypal, I could go directly to a transaction from my email notices. Now, when I click on the transaction number in my email, I go to my home page on Paypal. This means I have to search through the transactions to get to the one I am looking for. Is there a setting that changed somewhere? Where would I find that setting? 

 

Thank you all for any help you might give me. 

 

I am on Windows 10 and use Outlook for emails.
