Hello. I have an unusual problem. I have my e-mail adress connect with paypal USA and I am from UK. So because of this I can not make an UK paypal because my e-mail adress it's used. I can log in the acount from usa because I ask for a password recovery. But I can not close the acount . To allow me to use my email on UK paypal. I have this email adress since 2004 and I don t want to create another e-mail just for paypal. So Who can help me? What can I do?
