Since about a month ago I have been unable to log in to my original Paypal account due to "suspicious activity". I've tried calling customer support, but it's all in German, and I'm just an international student, I can't speak German. When they finally called me back, guess what! The customer support specialist doesn't speak a word of English!!! Please, what the hell am I to do? It's astounding to me that a big company like Paypal in GERMANY cannot speak English... Do they think only Germans need to use Paypal? PLEASE HELP!!!
