Seemingly more often, I get a pop up not allowing me to log in saying Pay Pal has seen suspicious activity and insists I change my password. Almost every time I log in to make a purchase using Pay Pal now. I DO have a problem with my ISP's assigned personal IP address having been listed on various blacklists. It's creating problems for me with email and web site access. Been trying for a long time to get my ISP to change my IP address without success.
Is this problem with me being "challenged" more and more frequently when I try to use my Pay Pal account possibly related to this black listed IP address?
This seems to be happening more frequently lately and I'm really getting tired of changing my password and going through all the security challenges etc. every time I just want to access my pay pal account.
