Hello Community,
I created an account improperly and registered a business as a corporation. It is not a corporation. I want to delete this account and restart. I have chosen CLOSE ACCOUNT and underwent a 2FA with a code at which point Paypal has told me my account cannot be closed and I should contact customer service. Clicking on this link simply sends me to the articles of support, none of which address the issue of an account that is deemed cannot be closed.
Help!
