I received a notice of a payment to ebay for a shipping adjustment. I questioned this with Pay Pal and they inactivated my automatic payment for billing with ebay. Subsequently, I received a note from E-bay saying I underpaid for postage and they were charging me an adjustment. I can see the inactivated account in my billing account but cannot see how to reactivate it.
