Hello! So I opened a business account from my paypal and for some reason I didn't input my last name -- instead I added my 2nd last name! For banking reasons, I need my full name, not just my second last name. Whenever I request, I upload my ID documents to confirm this, but have not received any response-- it's being more than a month already.
