Cannot remove number or close account

I recently had my PayPal banned as I was underage when it was created, I have since made a new one however I cannot add my phone number since it is linked to my old PayPal, however it won’t let me remove the number or close my account as I “don’t have full access” anymore. What should I do? Any help is greatly appreciated

You won't be able to use any information on that old account as it was an illegally made underage account.
