Hello,
Cannot print postage label for one of my orders. I’m UK based and trying to send to Denmark.
Never had this issue before but I am a fairly new seller. I keep receiving the error message:
"Unable to print the requested postage label at this time. The following error occurred. Please provide the customs details to proceed.”
However there is nowhere I can edit the customs details, it doesn’t give me the option like with some orders. Need to get this package in the post as soon as possible to avoid negative reviews on my account, please help.
