I want to link my bank account to my Paypal. It's not letting me and it says it is unable to process my request and to try again. However, it's not the first time this happened. I tried a few weeks ago and it wouldn't let me link my bank account. I sent a detailed message to Paypal and an agent responded. He said in the message back that I cannot my bank account and to maybe try again later. I do not have online visa debit or credit. I linked my bank account once last year but unlinked it due to a personal reason. After I unlinked it, I could not link it back again. I would like to know what the issue is and why it is not letting me link my bank account to Paypal. I already entered all the information of my bank account when it asked me to and it still would not let me link my bank account to Paypal
