I'm having a real hard time with your site.
Been using it for years , but recently I'm having issues.
I have 1500$ I want to withdraw to my credit card , but when I do , it tells me this error :
"Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."
I tried to withdraw a week later , same message.
Then I tried to link my bank account , but of course , got another error :
"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later"
Which I did , and no luck again.
Then I tried to call you by phone , but thanks to the COVID-19 , your customer service is out of work via phone.
Ok I said lets email you , but again , can't find a way to even email you , you just giving out Q & A , without the possibility to actually email you.
That's really annoying , and I'm having anguish feelings about your company.
I have this money I need it as soon as possible , and I just cannot reach you out or to fix this somehow.
Please let me know how to work this out because Im gonna lose my mind soon.
