I've been trying to close my paypal business account because my startup idea failed and is dead in the water for the foreseeable future because of Covid.Unfoutunate but that's not what I'm here to talk about, when I try to close my account it says I can't be verified even though I have both a verified email and a verified mobile phone number.I'm using Microsoft Edge browser and having no luck closing this account.Because of the new inactive fee policy I really need to close my empty account.There is no bank or credit information left on it so I don't know what more proof they want and they no longer allow contact emails unless I'm just not finding the form.
Still have had no answers and my account is still open,I have received an offer in the mail for a new PayPal card but obviously I cannot even consider it because there is already a defunct account in my name. 😕
