My account was hacked, and I want to completely have it canceled, and start from scratch and open a new account. How do I do this. BTW, PayPal has the absolute WORST customer service on the planet! Uggh.
Make sure you remove all bank accounts / cards etc first AND cancel all subscriptions, then you may be able to make a new account with the same email address.

Every time I go to do anything with my account, it gives me the message that I need to "contact customer service." Only problem is....THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! None. Never heard of a company of this size with zero customer service. The lady at Wells Fargo bank said "good luck, they are absolutely awful, you can't contact anyone there.
