Can't remove an address from my account

Hello. I am trying to remove an address from my account but i just get an error message that says: Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service." I also saw a post earlier about this and tried the things that they suggested but none of it worked.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties removing your address. Generally, if you have funding sources added to the account with your old address, I would recommend you update the address of your financials first. If you moved to a different country instead, please be aware that you won't be able to change the country of the account, In that case, you will need to close the account and open a new one.
