Hello,
Please, whom to contact to logon to my account, as I set up second authentication using Authenticator application on smart phone, but my phone is broken and was reset. Usually, in such cases, new phone can be registered or you get backup codes for emergency logon.
But none of those options are present for Paypal, which gives really poor impression about PayPal service security at all.
Anyway, still question retains: do you know whom to contact for get back to my account? There is no email, no phone number I can call, no chat I can write, nothing I can contact. I contacted US PayPal site, but they redirected me to Slovakia site (where I'm from), where I can't find no contact.
Many thanks for all your support.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message. .
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
