Can't confirm card - I just want to withdraw my balance

So a while ago I requested a confirmation code and it said my bank statement should arrive in the next 1-3 business days. I still haven't received the bank statement and so I went to request another code. However when I go to request a new code I get this message;

The information you've entered is incorrect

If you'd like to use this card as a funding source, please contact us for assistance. "

Could I please get help with this because I would really just like to confirm my card so I can withdraw my balance.
