Can’t access my phone - and need a text or call to log in!

Hi, I’m struggling to log into my account due to my phone being left at my nans .. I can’t seem to get into my account without having to receive either a text or call!! This isn’t possible, there is no other option to be able to log in. Can anyone help!?

Why not phone your nan and get her to give you the code to log in when you next try?
