Can't access my account

Hi! So, before this account, I had an account in Hong Kong. However, in order to verify my identity, they sent a message to my previous phone number, which I no longer hold as I study in Canada. I can't find a Hong Kong number I am able to call, which is frustrating as I am currently in Hong Kong due to the virus situation. Is there anyone who could help? Thank you!

If you’re having trouble logging in, you may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser. If you need help doing this, go to your browser's support page, or do a web search with "How do I clear cache and cookies in (Your Internet browser name and version, for example, Internet Explorer 11)?"

If you can’t log in because you forgot the email address or forgot your password connected with your PayPal account, you can recover access with these steps:

I forgot the email address for my PayPal account:

1. Go to Log In.
2. Click Having trouble logging in?
3. Click Forgotten your email address?
4. Enter up to three email addresses you may have registered.
5. If an email address you entered is recognized we'll let you know which one.
6. Click Continue to log in if you remember your password.

Hi I also have this problems too, and I follow all of these steps more than thousand times. After they asked me verify email they ask me phone number(which i use it 2 years ago) for verify. I still don't understand How can I find my password to access to my old account?
