Can't access into my account

Please somebody help!

I can't access into my second PayPal account !

It says: "We couldn't find an account associated with any of these emails. Try another email."

My suspicion is someone hacked my account and deleted it.

 

What do I do?

My brother's account was hacked the other day as well, I can't reset the password I keep getting a red error in the email box without any explanation and then when I go into the forgot my email and type it in it says "we couldn't find an account associated with any of these emails try another email".

 

They made purchases the moment they hacked the account, thousands of dollars. We chatted with PayPal and they've been very much useless, I felt like I was talking to a bot, what kind of customer support is this? There's money on the line here, are you kidding me? I'm DONE with this overrated crappy service.
