Hi I am trying to upload a personal photo and logo to my paypal account. I keep getting errors but all it says is something went "wrong" . Does anyone know the specs required so I can get these elements uploaded?
I am having the same issue, have phoned the issue into PayPal and they are 'looking into it'. Might be an idea to report the same issue to them via their call center as then they have several people with the same issue and they are more likely to fix it. They said it is mos likely an error on their end as I have tried in different browsers and devices and the issue is the same everywhere.

I'm having the same issue. Have reported it via email but heard nothing back. So frustrating as the logo was there when I set up the account last year but it's now disappeared and PayPal's system won't let me upload it again. Looks really unprofessional and I'd prefer not to send an invoice at all, rather than send one without a logo!
