How Can I solve the issue of I can’t PayPal anymore

You'll need to contact customer service to see if you can appeal their decision which can be difficult these days so you'll need to be patient and keep trying until you reach someone...

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click available contact options such as live chat.
