Can not access my account.

Hello, i have a problem with accessing my account and I would really appreciate some help. I tried to log in with my email and password and was told in the next window that a security code will be sent to my phone number but the code never came. I am still using the same number. I tried to resend the code a few times but it never came. Then i was asked to provide security questions but my answers were not accepted. Lastly i was asked to provide my card details but unfortunately the card was recently lost. Now, when i try to log in i just get a message that paypal is not able to verify who i am and will not let me into my account. The facebook bot wasn't helpful at all and  i can not find a way to contact support since i am locked out of my account. What can i do do regain access to my account?
