Business Address & Bank Account Issues

I have opened my PayPal business account a few days back, but it automatically made my address in UAE. My business is established in a different country, and there's no option to change the country. Also gave me hard time linking my bank account to the PayPal account.

After a misleading convo with customer care chat. They asked for a bank account in the USA or UAE. That's the only way she claimed. My set address is in a whole different country, I cannot link my bank account. 

Has anyone been through a similar experience, and what did you do to resolve it? Also, is there any other way to reach out to customer service?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.
