Hi, if my nationality and billing addreess's country doesn't match , is that a problem? Because i'm from Trinidad but my billing address is in the U.S . Paypal automatically put the country in my billing address as trinidad but it's suppose to be the United states
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts etc from within that country.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).
