Hi. So, apparently, i cannot remove my bank account from my PayPal account. About 1-2 weeks ago, i tried to remove my bank account - i couldn't. Apparently, there was a negative balance. I fixed it, payed the money, and now i'm here. Can't remove it - STILL. I get this message: You use this card for payments What? I have neither incoming or pending payments - why is that? It has been saying that for approximately 5 days now. Thank you.
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
