HI Paypal, I have submit a lot of time with Authorization Letter,but I get rejected without reason, every time I submitted it a few days later, I was asked to submit the same thing.Paypal didn’t tell me what was wrong with the information I submitted before. I can only guess the possible mistakes. This is a very uncomfortable experience. I have been at a deadlock for months, please let me know what I need to do . Thanks.
