hi, it's me again
I made this new account because basically I already given up with my other account. I tried changing the password but it says like this. (please see screenshot) I tried to ask the chat support but all they do is say "I'm sorry to know that" blah blah but they're not really helping out. Calling the customer's service is out of the question too. Also, the account has been inactive since May, I think? ;; Please help, thanks :((
I can't connect my bank account because of this.
