I need to update my Account name to my full name to link it on my GCASH Account. They said the credentials needs to be the same before linking it. On my GCASH Account I used my full name "XXXX xxx" and on my paypal account I only used "XXXX" which I was not aware that it needs to be full name when I made the account. I already sent ID's on paypal email support but no response.
