Hi! I have requested paypal to allow me to change my account name and have already submitted the necessary papers they asked. However, I still have not heard from them nor am I able to make any changes to my account name and enter my new bank account number to link with this account. I am a non U.S resident and cannot reach out to them to follow up with this matter. I am also not able to find their customer service email. Where do I go from here? I need your help.
If you had a 2 character minor error in your name OR you have provided legal documents to prove the name on your paypal account has been legally changed to another name ie marriage then you would just see a name change.
If however it was never your real legal name but a fake or nickname then most likely nothing will happen or your account will be limited.
Best get an update from customer services?
